As part of the Kent Foundation's aim to get more support as they expand they brought in a intern to help organise their new event It's A Blast.
The event aimed purely at young people wants to show the county of Kent how successful and innovative young entrepreneurs are in the toughest time the economy has ever faced.
Kathy was delighted to take on the post, and saw it as a chance to really get involved in the nitty gritty of arranging a event. She said: "I feel that in this day and age prospective employers look at someone with no experience and think we'll have to train them and that costs money, so with the experience I gain from the Kent Foundation I will stand a better chance to getting a job in the creative industry in the future."
Kathy is a creative individual and has written many novels, has a successful beauty blog called Kathcake Blogging and loves writing articles in her spare time. I guess the only way is up for Kathy!
